Meaningful Work From Day One

In close collaboration with the EMO Europe team, BF Supply Planning , Customer Service and Logistics teams and co-packers ensure an ongoing supply of products to be supplied by the EMO Europe team.

This is a 12 months fixed term contract.

This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at the office)

What You Can Expect

● Liaise with Logistics Providers, Customer Service, EMO planner and co-packer to provide delivery dates and shipping information while ensuring orders / sales requests are covered and at the right place and time, right quantity, right documentation and meeting the market requirements.
● Monitoring stock levels, receipts and corrections for BF owned inventory in copackers and performing routine stock reconciliation and preparation of reports / dashboards for monitoring of KPIs related to dispatching activities.
● Understand and execute all Supply Chain activities such as stock take, physical inventory count, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand, sales order entry, and purchase order entry if needed.
● Identifying bottlenecks in the Supply Chain and proposing improvements
● Maintain and update SAP and make sure accuracy level is optimum.
● Assist, support and provide backup for EMO SC team members.

What You Bring to the Table

● Degree in business, ideally with a focus on Supply chain management / Logistics
● Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in Supply chain, inventory management or logistics
● Familiarity with ERP system

What Makes You Unique

● Experience in the food/beverage manufacturing standards.
● Knowledge of SAP, Kinaxis, manage Excel database dynamic tables.
