Job Description - Logistics Specialist (f/m/d)

In Siemens Sp. z o.o. we are currently looking for Logistics Specialist (f/m/d) to join our international Global Business Services in one of our divisions. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for customer order processing, some logistics activities and regular contact with client.

You will be responsible for:

Delivery of order handling services to 1-2 country/business lines (role 95% operational)
Managing returns and easy escalations (ie.: product shipments)
Contacts with customers via email/phone
Proactively raising improvement ideas

What do you need to make real what matters?

Customer service skills
Excellent written and oral communication,
Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point)
Expertise knowledge of SAP (nice to have)
Very good English plus second European language (German, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, Dutch)
