Support the operational team in expanding the technical services provided to territory and/or clients served in our Centre in the area of personal tax compliance Be a subject matter expert on tax and and global mobility issues with the ability to take ownership for overall compliance services provided by the team Manage client engagements and accommode end-to-end services for international assignments in our Centre, from the first contact with the assignees, through comprehensive preparation and review of tax returns and contacts with their tax office Build, maintain and lead strong relationships on technical aspects with the territories served and external clients Actively participate in process management and improvement initiatives, Train and develop highly performing teams, support knowledge sharing initiatives Implementation package - introductory and content-related trainings, tutor support (Buddy Program) Development opportunities within the company Polish Tax Advisor (certified) with min 3-4 years of experience of working in a global mobility & tax area in a global corporate, consultancy or shared services Good knowledge of one or more local personal income tax legislation in Europe would be a strong asset Languages: English at least B2 level in speaking and writing; Strong time-management skills including proven ability to work independently and ability to proactively manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of results to agreed service levels Very good analytical and data skills with a high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills
