As Head of IT Product, HR, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a critical HR product area, ensuring business value, strong performance, and continuous improvement. Working closely with senior HR and IT stakeholders, you will drive product direction, challenge priorities, and lead a high-performing team in a complex and fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic and operational leadership for the HR IT product area, ensuring alignment with business objectives, people strategy and long-term value creation.


• Building strong relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders, effectively influencing, challenging and aligning diverse priorities in a complex environment.


• Driving product strategy, roadmap execution and delivery of business outcomes while maintaining high standards of operational performance and service excellence.


• Taking ownership of budgets, financial planning, vendor partnerships, risk management and investment decisions within the product area.


• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.


• Managing complex cross-functional initiatives and ensuring effective communication across business, product and technology teams.


• Ensuring compliance, security and governance standards are met while supporting innovation and transformation initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate with:

• Strong experience leading complex technology products, product organizations or  project initiatives in an enterprise environment.


• Proven leadership experience, including direct responsibility for developing and leading teams.


• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.


• Strong business and financial acumen, including ownership of budgets, investments and vendor relationships.


• Experience managing large-scale projects or product portfolios involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.


• Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology ecosystems, combined with the ability to translate business needs into technology capabilities.


• Experience working in product-led organizations and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams.


• A proactive, resilient and results-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive decisions forward.
