We do not just say it, we actually live it.\n\n## Core Responsibilities:\n\n * Be a subject matter expert on tax and and global mobility issues with the ability to take ownership for overall compliance processes provided by the team\n\n * Lead the development and transition of new tax compliance services to our Centre\n\n * Initiate and lead scalable projects aimed at increasing efficiency, operational excellence and quality\n\n * Continuously improve and optimize the existing processes utilizing process management methodologies\n\n * Support the operational team in expanding the technical services provided to territory and/or clients served in our Centre in the area of personal tax compliance\n\n * Build, maintain and lead strong relationships on technical aspects with the territories served and external clients\n\n * Train and develop highly performing teams, support knowledge sharing initiatives\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n * Manager with min 2 years of experience of working in a global mobility \u0026 tax area in a global corporate, consultancy or shared services\n\n * Solid understanding of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement), including process mapping, standardisation and optimisation initiatives. \n\n * Experience in project management, driving end-to-end process improvements and implementation of operational efficiencies (certification such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, AgilePM or equivalent would be an asset)\n\n * Good knowledge of one or more local personal income tax legislation in Europe would be a strong asset\n\n * Languages: English at least B2 level in speaking and writing; \n\n * Strong time-management skills including proven ability to work independently and ability to proactively manage stakeholders to ensure delivery of results to agreed service levels\n\n * Very good analytical and data skills with a high attention to detail\n\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\n\n\n\n## Additional Information\n\n * Implementation package - introductory and content-related trainings, tutor support (Buddy Program)\n\n * Comprehensive medical care\n\n * Additional insurance\n\n * Cafeteria platform where you can use a wide range of e-vouchers and a MultiSport card\n\n * Hybrid work model\n\n * Comfortable office space available in the centre of Katowice\n\n * Development opportunities within the company\n\n * Great work environment \n\n\n\n
