Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven QA Engineer to establish manual QA processes from the ground up. This is a purely technical role with no managerial responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with Software Testing
• Strong experience with API testing
• Proficient with databases, especially MongoDB, SQL, or other non-relational databases
• Solid understanding of QA documentation and test cases

Will be a plus

• Experience in AdTech, Gaming, or Finance domains

Responsibilities

• Establish QA processes from scratch - no current manual QA processes in place
• Work independently and proactively
• Self-organized; able to chase answers and take initiative with minimal guidance
• Collaborate with tech teams to test APIs, databases, and backend logic
