Manufacturing Engineer

Your role

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will undertake a full range of engineering activities in line with all relevant processes and quality standards.

You will help with improving and continually developing our products & processes to remain a market leader, providing our customers with the best possible product.

You will drive impactful improvements across Manufacturing & Operations, and you will play a key role in continuously strengthening operational excellence by applying relevant tools and methodologies. In this role, you act as the “go‑to” expert within your specialty, guiding stakeholders, optimizing processes, and supporting engineering initiatives.

This position is based fully on‑site at our location in Dołuje, near Szczecin.

Your accountabilities:

Engineering & Continuous Improvement

• Assist the Manager in planning and executing engineering projects aligned with departmental priorities.

• Create and deliver concept ideas and manufacturing design improvements within M&O, based on requirements and production constraints.

• Develop, implement, and monitor continuous improvement plans - spanning redesign, optimization, and productivity enhancements.

• Lead or support improvement activities using 5S, performance boards, improvement ideas programs, Kaizen, and other operational excellence tools.

• Continuously identify misalignments, inefficiencies, and process deviations; implement corrective actions and prevent reoccurrence.

Operational Support & Process Optimization

• Provide effective in-line engineering and technical support to the Production team.

• Support operational teams in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing and distribution processes.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure operational stability, quality, and efficiency.

• Report periodically on operational KPIs and provide insights and recommendations for improving operational performance.

What you need to succeed:

Job Knowledge & Complexity

• Recognized as the specialist and primary point of reference within own area of expertise.

• Strong understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.

• Ability to analyze operations and apply data‑driven decision‑making to improve processes.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing‑related role.

• Fluency in Polish & English.

• Readiness to travel to our different production sites.
