advanced proficiency with Marketo; Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) would be a plus.
minimum 4 years of experience in a Marketing Automation Operations or related technology role.
experience in a B2B and/or SaaS company.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, technical discipline, business, information science, data science, or applicable experience.

overseeing Marketo as a subject matter expert and establishing architecture governance for efficient, scalable, and best-in-class marketing campaigns.
developing campaign flows and designing new forms within the marketing automation platform to optimise user engagement and lead capture.
designing, building, and optimising email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing.
optimising email deliverability and ensuring emails are compliant following industry policies, CAN-SPAM regulations, and best practices to adhere to email marketing and deliverability standards.
developing and maintaining audience lists and contact lists ensuring data hygiene, and empowering customer and prospect communication.
implementing lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel and increase conversion rates.
staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in marketing automation to drive innovation and efficiency.
