Job Description - Marketing Communication Specialist

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and create the marketing and communication tools for the global introduction of lean practices
  • Work to create valuable, relevant, and consistent training content to drive lean adoption
  • Create graphic designs in line with lean methodology
  • Edit and improve existing marketing materials to meet standards
  • Work to promote and communicate lean events
  • Deliver materials to the global team, to share best practice and to promote adoption of these best practices in every location.
  • Prepare bulletins and newsletters
  • Maintain current digital systems and develop new systems as appropriate Sharepoint, BI and Powerapps, Oracle

    • Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English – must have
  • Strong writing skills to create engaging content
  • Excelling in working with presentation tools
  • Highly effective organizational skills
  • Content developer experienced working within corporate branding standards
  • Good knowledge of systems such as :Power Apps, Sharepoint BI, Oracle
  • Able to work with IT applications to develop advanced content
