📣 A bit about the role

We’re excited to bring our brand to the Czechia, and we are looking for a Marketing Lead to drive this thrilling journey! As a Marketing Lead, you'll be steering our entry into the Czech market, transforming our brand and strategy into something that resonates with audiences across the country. Your goal? To establish us as a leading dog food brand in the Czechia.

You will be the heart of our marketing strategy, managing a variety of channels, diving into data to discover insights, and crafting of PsiBufet “tone of bark” ideally suited to pet parents in Czechia This is your chance to bring our brand’s unique communication to life in a way that’s fresh, relevant, and impactful.

‘We are looking for someone familiar with basic data analysis, with media experience who understands marketing metrics and wants to turn them into dynamic business growth. You’ll be closely collaborating with our Polish Marketing team - digital marketing, copywriting, graphic designing - to bring a cohesive vision to life.

• 4+ years of experience in a marketing role (e.g. Account executive, Marketing Project Manager) in the agency, media agency or as a manager on the client's side


• Managing marketing budget and channel split


• Have experience running multi-channel online marketing channels (offline channels is nice to have)


• Have a proven track record of driving business growth


• Strong business approach and understanding of how metrics can influence the success of our brand


• Be a self-starter and be able to work independently to plan and execute marketing initiatives


• Understanding of success metrics and strong analytical skills, using data to take future initiatives


• Great at building and nurturing relationships


• Good organisation and time & project management skills

🌱 In this role, you can expect to…

• Planning multichannel campaigns and marketing activities in the Czech market


• Regular reporting of business metrics and preparing recommendations based on them


• Initially, a large part of the role will also include verification of content (copy) prepared by translation agencies


• Take full ownership of active subscriber growth and revenue in the Czechia market.


• Focus on driving new customer acquisition, retention and customer win-back


• Be responsible for shaping our communications strategy to meet the needs of the Czech market


• Work with the PsiBufet (Poland) team who will be executing marketing efforts on digital channels (paid search and paid social), social media, copywriting, graphic design


• Work in a fast-paced environment and instigate improvements at speed

👥 What do we offer

• Salary: 85 000 - 100 000 CZK monthly
