• Development and implementation of marketing strategy 

• Optimizing marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, content marketing, social media and others.

• Creating content marketing (Articles, Tutorials, Video, Podcasts, Blog, Posts, Newsletter).

• Analyzing marketing data and monitoring results of activities to continuously improve strategies.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to better understand customer needs and market challenges.

• Work with the sales team and other company departments to effectively promote services.

• Experience working as a Marketing Specialist or similar position

• Graduate in marketing, management or similar.

• English at least at B2 level

• Experience in building consistent marketing communications and developing brand image in a business environment.

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques - from SEO, to PPC, to social media marketing and content marketing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Creativity in generating new ideas and marketing strategies.

• Knowledge of market trends and ability to adapt strategies to changing conditions.

• Very good knowledge of the social media area and its technical support.

• Focus on quality, detail and high content of published content.

• Experience in finding out-of-the-box solutions and activities to promote services in a business environment.

• Ability to lead a team and motivate to achieve goals.
