Master Data & Settlements Professional - Danish or Swedish Speaker - Gdańsk

Do you speak Swedish or Danish and want to play a key role in ensuring accurate payments and reliable data for Arla’s farmer owners?

Join our Settlements and Master Data team and help secure timely farmer payments, reliable member data and smooth end-to-end operations across markets. You will combine operational ownership with problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement in a high-activity support environment.

How you will make an impact

• Execute end-to-end member settlements, including milk price configuration, pre-payments, monthly payments, half-year payments and the 13th payment; investigate previous-settlement errors and document root causes and preventive actions.


• Handle extraordinary member-capital pay-outs and manual payments, ensuring the correct approval flow, documentation and payment execution.


• Provide second-level support for internal and member enquiries, maintain complete case records, and deliver timely and precise responses.


• Maintain accurate, complete and compliant member master data; prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and statistics covering settlements, quality, performance and case handling.


• Collaborate across markets and functions, maintain procedures and other knowledge assets, support process optimization and IT projects, perform internal controls and audit activities, and contribute to other agreed departmental processes and projects.

What will make you successful

You bring the professional foundation and service mindset needed to work accurately across several information sources, resolve issues and improve the experience of farmer owners and internal stakeholders. 

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in providing services using multiple sources. 


• Academy- or bachelor-level education. 


• Proficiency in English and either Swedish or Danish, aligned with the market you will support. 


• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights to support process and service improvements.


• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft 365 (including proficiency in Excel), SharePoint, Salesforce or another CRM tool. 


• A strong commitment to reliable delivery, operational excellence and continuous improvement, with a proactive focus on resolving farmer-owner challenges and following through to an answer. 

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
