Master Data & Settlements Professional - Gdańsk

Join Members Administration and help us deliver accurate farmer payments, reliable member data and smooth end-to-end services. You will take ownership of operational processes, cooperate across functions and contribute to transitions and continuous improvement in an international environment.

How you will make an impact

• Execute end-to-end member settlements, including milk price configuration, pre-payments, monthly payments, half-year payments and the 13th payment; investigate errors and document root causes and preventive actions.


• Handle extraordinary member-capital pay-outs and manual payments, ensuring correct approvals, documentation and execution.


• Provide second-level support for internal and member enquiries, maintain complete case records and deliver timely, accurate responses.


• Maintain accurate, complete and compliant member master data, and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on settlements, quality, performance and case handling.


• Collaborate across functions and markets, lead or support process transitions, maintain knowledge materials, contribute to optimization and IT projects, and perform internal controls and audit activities.

What will make you successful

You combine operational ownership with an analytical and service-focused approach. You are comfortable working with several information sources, resolving issues and cooperating with stakeholders to improve processes and the experience of farmer owners.

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in providing services using multiple sources.


• Academy- or bachelor-level education.


• Proficiency in English.


• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven insights to support process and service improvements.


• Experience with Outlook, Microsoft 365 (including proficiency in Excel), SharePoint, Salesforce or another CRM tool. 


• Experience leading the transition of operational processes is an advantage.


• A strong commitment to accurate delivery, operational excellence and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and following through to an answer.

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
