Master Data Associate / Sr Associate 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of incoming standard requests related to Business Partner Master Data.
• Support the validation of incoming requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Help prepare and analyze master data reports.
• Ensure compliance with master data standards and procedures.
• Update and create relevant documentation for master data.
• Assist in identifying and escalating issues as needed.
• Participate in migration and roll-in projects as a supportive team member.
• Perform routine controls and assist in audits related to master data processes.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain documentation.
• Support training sessions and workshops for the Master Data Team.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings with other departments.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Apply basic LEAN principles in daily tasks to promote efficiency.
  
  

Who You Are:

• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively at various levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of industry practices and needs.
• Attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make sound decisions.
• Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with project management concepts.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Power Automate or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of SAP and digital communication tools (e.g., Teams).
