For our financial department we are currently looking for Master Data Management (Junior) Administrator.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

• Manage and execute day-to-day Customer and Supplier Master Data Management activities – creation, maintenance and data enrichment

• Manage day-to-day Material Master Data activities

• Manage direct general data confirmation process with suppliers (e-mails, calls)

• Ensure business requirements are adequately covered (SLA, KPI)

• Resolve incoming requests related to Customer, Supplier and Material Master Data in timely manner

• Collaborate with Global Process Organization, Local Businesses as well as other departments within Centre of Excellence

• Actively participate in Business Transformation Project – S4Hana implementation ( validation of data upload files, data cleansing etc.), participate in the system test, etc.

• Provide quality checks

• Make regular updates of process documentation in case of changes

• Take part in performance measurement exercises

• Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives

• Respond to supervisor’s questions and tasks in a timely manner

Your Skills and Expertise: 

• Experience in a similar position (Customer, Supplier or Material)

• Strong communication skills in English

• Knowledge of SAP master data (Customer, Supplier, Material)

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Service Now - nice to have

• Ability to initiate new solutions and build positive relationships with the stakeholders 

• Excel knowledge at intermediate level (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
