Middle Full-Stack Software Engineer (Java, Vue.js)

You will play a key role in building and scaling high-availability, distributed systems using Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and AWS. The project embraces a DevOps culture and a full-stack approach, offering opportunities to contribute across the stack. While the primary focus is on backend development, there's also room to grow your frontend skills by working with Vue.js to create intuitive, customer-facing interfaces.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial experience in full-stack development with a strong backend focus


• Hands-on experience with Vue.js


• Solid knowledge of Java, Spring, and Spring Boot


• Hands-on experience with cloud services (preferably AWS) and relational/non-relational databases


• Experience designing and deploying microservices


• Ability to work cross-functionally in distributed teams


• Openness to working with frontend technologies

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Java reactive programming (Project Reactor, Mono)


• Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)


• Previous working experience with Kafka, SQS, and SNS


• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deploying applications


• Upgrading applications (Java Spring/Boot) to the latest version

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend systems with Java and Spring Boot


• Design and implement scalable microservices deployed on AWS


• Contribute to the entire software lifecycle — from architectural design to production deployment via CI/CD pipelines


• Work end-to-end on new features, including backend and (optionally) frontend in Vue.js


• Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and engineers across teams and time zones


• Ensure high availability, maintainability, and reliability of the system


• Continuously improve code quality through testing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
