Zakres Obowiązków...

  • Planowanie i tworzenie ramówek reklamowych (miesięcznych, dziennych) programów telewizyjnych

  • Współpraca z działem handlowym i programowym w zakresie ramówek reklamowych i sponsorskich

  • Kontrola limitów reklamowych

  • Wprowadzanie zmian programowych w ramówkach reklamowych poszczególnych kanałów

  • Finalne zamykanie dziennych ramówek reklamowych

  • Raportowanie na potrzeby Biura Reklamy

Nasze Oczekiwania...

  • Doświadczenie w branży medialnej: TV, Radio, Agencja Reklamowa (Traffic)

  • Wykształcenie – średnie/wyższe

  • Znajomość MS Excel lub inne z pakietu MS Office

  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B1/B2

  • Rozwinięte umiejętności w zakresie komunikacji interpersonalnej i pracy zespołowej

  • Sumienność, wnikliwość oraz gotowość do wykonywania zadań o charakterze operacyjnym

ENG:

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Planning and developing monthly and daily commercial break schedules for TV channels

  • Close collaboration with the Sales and Programming teams on advertising and sponsorship schedules

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with advertising limits

  • Updating commercial schedules based on programming changes across channels

  • Final daily approval and closure of commercial break schedules

  • Preparing reports for the Advertising Department

Qualifications & Experience...

  • Experience in the media industry (TV, Radio, Advertising Agency – Traffic)

  • Completed secondary or higher education

  • Good command of MS Excel and other MS Office tools

  • English language skills at B1/B2 level

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

  • Conscientiousness, analytical thoroughness, and a strong readiness to carry out operational tasks

Although you will be hired by Warner Bros. Discovery, upon the planned separation in 2026, your employment likely will transition to Discovery Global. Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
