As our new Modern Work Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions through a mix of technical expertise and consultative engagement. You will work closely with clients to implement Cloud strategies, support presales efforts, and ensure the successful execution of Modern Workplace projects across diverse environments.
Key responsibilities will include
- Work with customers to deliver projects while ensuring clear communication among stakeholders
- Coordinate and develop proper documentation and communication material on Modern Workplace services and capabilities
- Conduct consultative presales activities, supporting delivery and operations teams, including preparing and packaging the services and capabilities, ensuring that they are ready for delivery
- Occasional travel may be required
Your Competencies
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online to optimize productivity and communication
- Migration Projects: Comprehensive knowledge of hybrid identity configurations (e.g., integrating Entra ID with on-premises Active Directory)

- Able to manage tasks independently while maintaining a high standard of quality
