Responsibilities:

1. System Integration and Design:




• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Murex Datamart solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data integration and reporting.




2. Data Management:




• Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for Murex Datamart.


• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data stored in the Datamart.




3. Team Leadership:




• Manage and lead a team of Murex Datamart developers.


• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.




4. Technical Expertise:




• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Murex technology and related tools.


• Serve as a subject matter expert for Murex Datamart, providing guidance on best practices and optimization.




5. Collaboration:




• Work closely with business analysts, system architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.




6. Performance Optimization:




• Monitor and optimize the performance of Murex Datamart to meet business requirements.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and reporting.




7. Documentation:




• Create and maintain technical documentation for Murex Datamart processes, configurations, and workflows.

Qualifications:

1. Education:




• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.




2. Experience:




• Several years of hands-on experience with Murex Datamart implementation and management.


• Strong background in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing.




3. Technical Skills:




• Proficiency in Murex, SQL, and relevant data modeling tools.


• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments.




4. Leadership Skills:




• Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to lead and motivate a team.




5. Communication:




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




6. Problem-Solving:




• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
