Your focus will be on balancing customer service, inventory levels and supply risk, while ensuring reliable product availability across the markets and customers you support.

  • Plan Make to Order supply for GDM Ethnics customers, managing customer purchase orders through the supply planning process.

  • Manage supply planning activities within the S&OP and S&OE cycles.

  • Consolidate supply plans from sourcing units and third-party manufacturers and communicate the latest position to stakeholders.

  • Identify constrained supply events and prepare costed scenarios and mitigation options.

  • Coordinate regular supply review meetings with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely execution of agreed supply plans.

  • Support the onboarding of new sourcing units and third-party manufacturers.

Product Availability and Supply Risk Management

  • Maintain visibility of current and longer-term supply risks and shortages.

  • Monitor stock levels, incoming supply and confirmed customer orders to identify potential service gaps.

  • Track deliveries in SAP and proactively follow up on potential delays.

  • Compare supply, inventory and order visibility in Kinaxis to identify constraints and required actions.

  • Support shortage allocation and prioritisation where required.

  • Maintain accurate reason codes and planning exceptions.

Inventory and Obsolescence Management

  • Monitor finished goods inventory, stock freshness, surplus and dead stock for the MTS portfolio.

  • Maintain and regularly update obsolete-risk reporting.

  • Identify excess and obsolete inventory risks and coordinate actions to reduce them.

  • Analyse residual packaging and raw materials ahead of product changes or phase-outs.

New Products and Master Data

  • Support the introduction of new product codes linked to projects and launches.

  • Coordinate master data updates and raise requests with the Master Data Management team.

  • Manage safety stock parameters for new and existing products.

  • Maintain product statuses across the lifecycle, including New, Delisted, Soft Switch and Hard Switch.

Logistics and Shipment Coordination

  • Coordinate efficient and on-time shipment planning from international sourcing locations into North America.

  • Oversee shipment management activities and required documentation.

  • Coordinate with warehouses on goods receipt and with Logistics on urgent deliveries.

  • Align execution with global control tower procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination and Reporting

  • Lead or support operational S&OE, supply review and out-of-stock meetings.

  • Provide clear supply updates covering shortages, constraints, mitigation actions and decisions required.

  • Coordinate follow-up across Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Order Management, Master Data and factories.

  • Ensure planning files, reports and system data remain current, accurate and aligned.

You’ll work closely with teams across North America Supply Chain and Business Planning, sourcing units and factories, third-party manufacturers, GDM Ethnics customers and customer-facing teams, Logistics and warehouses, Customer Service, Order Management and Master Data Management.
