About the role

Our client, a global software development company, is looking for an nCino Consultant to deliver nCino Bank Operating System implementations and transformations for its banking clients.

You will work with business and technology stakeholders to configure nCino on the Salesforce platform, modernize lending and onboarding journeys, and migrate data and processes from legacy systems. Your work will help banks improve operational efficiency, data quality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into solutions using nCino and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Plan and execute migrations from legacy loan origination, credit, and CRM systems, including data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover.
• Design and support integrations between nCino and core banking, credit bureau, document management, KYC/AML, and reporting systems.
• Configure workflows, products, pricing, underwriting, credit decisioning, approval hierarchies, documents, and compliance checks in line with client policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, user stories, test cases, and solution designs.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring knowledge transfer to client administrators and business users.
• Advise clients on nCino releases and implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and nCino teams to resolve issues and deliver within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Support pre-sales activities through scoping, estimates, and demonstrations.
• Contribute to reusable implementation accelerators and migration tools.

Requirements 

• Hands-on experience implementing and configuring nCino on the Salesforce platform.
• Understanding of banking processes, including loan origination, underwriting, credit approvals, and customer onboarding.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional designs and platform configurations.
• Practical experience migrating data from legacy banking, lending, or CRM systems, including validation and reconciliation.
• Experience defining or supporting integrations between Salesforce or nCino and external systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, data models, and access controls.
• Experience supporting testing, UAT, user training, and production releases.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams and produce clear documentation.
