They're seeking an experienced .NET Developer to join their STP Tribe in Kraków. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact solutions, combining legacy system expertise with modern cloud technologies while contributing to architectural decisions and team development.

Position Overview

As a .NET Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing and delivering scalable solutions aligned with strategic business goals. You'll work across both legacy and modern .NET stacks, contribute to cloud-native architectures, and collaborate with architects, testers and product owners in an Agile environment. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities and a proactive approach to drive delivery excellence while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Framework, .NET Core and modern .NET versions (6/7/8)


• Design and implement APIs and microservices-based solutions


• Integrate cloud-native components using Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps and containerisation tools


• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions


• Collaborate with architects, testers and product owners to ensure delivery quality


• Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing and TDD practices


• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives


• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building


• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in software development


• Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core and C#


• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API and modern .NET versions (6/7/8)


• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Kafka)


• Expertise in API development and microservices architecture


• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines


• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift and Service Fabric


• Experience with unit testing frameworks (XUnit, NUnit)


• Strong understanding of integration testing and test-driven development


• Deep understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture


• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Active participation in Agile and Scrum methodologies
