Reporting to: Commercial Strategy Director


Location: Warsaw office (hybrid)


Type: full time, permanent

About the Role


As a Net Revenue Manager at Lipton, you will sit at the heart of the commercial decision‑making process shaping the future of our category. Your mission is to optimize value across the entire value chain—from pricing strategy and portfolio mix to promotional effectiveness.


We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen who can turn complex models into clear commercial actions and act as a trusted partner to Sales and senior leadership.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Own and drive the Net Revenue Management strategy based on 5 levers (portfolio pricing, PPA, product & customer mix, promo management, trade spend effectiveness)

  • Optimize pricing architecture and product positioning to maximize margin while remaining competitive.

  • Lead Gross‑to‑Net and Trade Spend analysis, ensuring investments deliver sustainable profitability.

  • Build pricing and promotion models, including elasticity analysis and “what‑if” scenarios, to guide decision‑making.

  • Evaluate promotional performance (Promo ROI) and shape value‑accretive promotion calendars.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to improve customer‑specific commercial terms.

  • Translate financial objectives into clear, actionable commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders and the Board.


 


What we are looking for:



  • 5–7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management or Strategy within an FMCG environment.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to look beyond spreadsheets and understand market dynamics, consumer behavior and long‑term value creation.

  • Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel as a must and experience with tools such as Power BI or Tableau as a strong advantage.

  • Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations, with the ability to tell a compelling story using data and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Fluent English (C1 level), enabling effective work in a global environment, including reporting and executive‑level presentations.

  • An assertive yet diplomatic working style, able to challenge unprofitable ideas while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with Sales.
