Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Developer to join our team and support the ongoing development and optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite's SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and overall platform capabilities. This role involves customizing, integrating, and extending NetSuite functionality to meet business needs, ensuring seamless operation of financial, operational, and other key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• NetSuite Development:




• Customize and enhance the NetSuite platform using SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0, including client scripts, user event scripts, scheduled scripts, and Suitelets.


• Implement workflows, SuiteFlow, and business rules to automate and streamline processes across various business functions.


• Design and develop custom NetSuite objects, fields, forms, records, and saved searches to support specific business needs.


• Maintain and update NetSuite records, including customer, vendor, item, and financial records.




• System Integrations:




• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using SuiteTalk (SOAP & REST web services), middleware platforms, and APIs.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and streamline workflows between NetSuite and external applications (CRM, WMS, etc.).




• Optimization and Maintenance:




• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within NetSuite and implement necessary changes to enhance system performance.


• Monitor and troubleshoot NetSuite performance issues, ensuring smooth operation of the platform.


• Maintain NetSuite version updates and support the deployment of new features.




• Testing and Support:




• Conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new NetSuite customizations and integrations.


• Provide ongoing support for NetSuite users, including troubleshooting issues, answering technical questions, and providing training as necessary.




• Documentation & Best Practices:




• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and workflows.


• Ensure adherence to NetSuite development best practices and maintain high standards for code quality and system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).


• 3+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteAnalytics.


• Experience working with NetSuite integrations, including third-party applications and external systems.


• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP functionalities such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory management, and financial reporting.


• Experience with JavaScript, XML, JSON, and web services (SOAP/REST).


• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer) preferred.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
