Network Development and Brand Awareness (Czech-speaking)

Clients have access to more than one million investment products – from bonds and stocks to funds and options.

We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe, and we are looking for a Network Development and Brand Awareness Specialist who will focus on the Czech region while working in close collaboration with the Polish team, helping to build long-term client relationships and actively contributing to business development in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Support business development initiatives by identifying potential partnerships or market opportunities;
• Assist in expanding the firm’s network of contacts;
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis;
• Contribute to brand visibility and awareness campaigns (events, conferences, sponsorships);
• Support marketing initiatives;
• Assist in organising and attending industry events;
• Provide local market intelligence to the firm;
• Support internal reporting on market trends and opportunities.

• 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality;
• Fluency in Czech and English.
