We are looking for an experienced IT Network Specialist with strong expertise in LAN technologies, who will also act as the Service Delivery Manager for network support services delivered by Atos. This hybrid position combines technical network engineering with service governance and vendor management responsibilities, supporting Cartier’s global IT infrastructure.


 


Responsibilities:


 



  • End‑to‑end LAN operations: design, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of network performance across international sites.

  • Network hardware management: switches, routers, access points, cabling, and adherence to security and compliance standards.

  • Cross‑team collaboration to ensure seamless integration with WAN, cloud, and data centre environments.

  • Service Delivery oversight: acting as the primary Atos interface, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, incident & problem management coordination, service reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.


 


What you will need to succeed:


 



  • Solid hands‑on experience in LAN design, deployment, and support.

  • Strong understanding of network protocols, switching/routing, VLANs, and diagnostic tools.

  • Experience managing third‑party providers, ideally in a service delivery context.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent English required; French is a strong asset.

  • Preferred certifications: Cisco CCNA or equivalent.

  • Personal attributes: proactive mindset, solution‑oriented, capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, international environment.
