This is on-site position from Warsaw office!

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Coaching and supporting new CS trainees during their initial period after completion of training.

✔️Acting as buddies and supervisors before they are handed over to their new Team Leaders.

✔️Supporting overall department upskill training.

✔️Served as a role model during practical training, guiding and mentoring new joiners by sharing knowledge and best practices

✅ Must skills:

✔️ Extensive understanding of the business/departmental operations

✔️Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✔️Problem solving skills

✔️Well organized

✔️Fluency in English and one of the languages indicated above is a must

✔️At least 6 months experience in the company

✔️Office based would be highly advantageous - remote will be considered
