Operations Process Leader

Your main responsibilities:

- Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring the smooth and timely unloading and loading of line-haul operations at the depot.
- Ensuring the accurate and timely sorting of shipments assigned to courier routes.
- Handling damaged shipments in accordance with applicable procedures and safety guidelines.
- Reporting on the technical condition of the sorter and other warehouse equipment to maintain operational continuity.
- Actively collaborating and communicating with other departments to support cross-departmental efficiency.

- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a warehouse or courier company
- Have the ability to delegate tasks, plan, and organize work
- Are familiar with MS Office
- Are familiar with health, safety, and fire safety regulations
- They are communicative and enjoy working with others
- We work as a team on a daily basis
- They are able to make decisions independently and quickly
- They demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- They are open to working shifts from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. and from 3 a.m. to 11 a.m.
