Our client is a major provider of technical solutions, specializing in both standard and customized intranet and internet-based software and application systems. In response to the growing demand for internal digital initiatives, the client is seeking to collaborate with trusted partners to outsource selected development activities.

Project Objectives:
The client aims to establish long-term strategic partnerships with top-tier development firms to drive business growth through cost-effective, high-quality software delivery. Chosen partner(s) will contribute to the creation of scalable and reliable Consumer and Enterprise applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop technical components such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI Dashboards.


• Support HDL and HSDL-based data conversion and mass uploads.


• Develop Fast Formulas (Absence, Time and Labor, Eligibility only).


• Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST and SOAP APIs.


• Configure and troubleshoot Self Service and Journeys flows.


• Collaborate with functional team to ensure smooth rollout of AI-driven features where applicable.


• Optimize system performance and ensure technical documentation is up-to-date.


• Support Redwood UX adjustments and mobile configuration needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (excluding Payroll).


• Proficiency in:
  
  
  
  • HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI.
  
  
  • HDL, HSDL.
  
  
  • Fast Formulas (Absence, Eligibility, T&L).
  
  
  • REST/SOAP APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud.
  
  
  • Knowledge of Redwood UX structure and self-service elements.
  
  
  • Good understanding of Oracle Journeys framework.
  
  
  • Fluent in English.
  
  
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Certification.


• Awareness of AI capabilities and roadmap in Oracle HCM Cloud.
