Order & Warranty Management Coordinator

Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Order & Warranty Management Coordinator who combines operational expertise with analytical and coordination skills.

In this role, you will take ownership of selected Order Management and Warranty processes, ensuring their effective execution, continuous improvement, and KPI achievement. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert, you will support colleagues in complex cases, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and provide insight-driven recommendations that contribute to operational excellence and business performance.

This position sits between operational execution and process ownership, offering an opportunity to influence how processes are managed and improved while working closely with multiple stakeholders across Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Finance and Service organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Order Management and Warranty processes to ensure operational excellence and KPI achievement.


• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned processes and support colleagues in complex situations.


• Analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


• Coordinate resolution of operational issues and cross-functional escalations.


• Prepare reports and business insights supporting decision making.


• Support process governance, compliance activities, and internal controls.


• Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team.

Experience & technical skills

• Bachelor's degree.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Warranty Management, or related operations.


• SAP knowledge.


• Advanced Excel skills and analytical mindset.


• Proven capability in process improvement. 


• Fluent English (B2/C1).
