Order Management Specialist, German Speaker

We are now looking for an Order Management Specialist, German Speaker to join our Order Management Merchants team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

In the role of OM specialist, you will be responsible for handling order management tasks starting from order entry to successful delivery to customer. You will be moreover coordinating internal as well as external communication related to order fulfillment. What you will do 

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the company's ERP system

• Communicate proactively with German-speaking customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability

• Resolve order-related inquiries, issues, and complaints from customers in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, sales, and production to ensure seamless order fulfillment 

• Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within order management 

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment 

Who you are  

• You are fluent in spoken and written German and English

• You have proven experience in customer service, order management, or a similar administrative role

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• You are proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and the Microsoft Office Suite

• You are able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• You have a problem-solving attitude and a customer-focused approach

• You have prior experience in the paper or forest products industry, which is considered an asset
