Job Description - Order To Cash Administrator

The role

OTC Administrator is ongoing Invoicing process expertise to ensure the effective change and improvement of the process along with compliance to audit and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role involves monitoring and reporting process performance and identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and effectiveness in the billing area globally.

What you’ll bring

Experience in invoicing environment (at least 3 years)

Experience in projects and creating new initiatives

Teamwork, communication, customer and stakeholders service skills along with a can-do attitude are what it takes to be successful in this team.

Proficiency in interacting and building relationships with stakeholders

Time management & problem solving skills, professionalism, drive and resilience

Ability to give and receive feedback

Ability to analyze and present data, advanced use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

SOX working knowledge and Oracle experience
