Responsibilities
- Proactively researching and contacting potential business partners in line with the defined growth strategy
- Conducting outbound conversations (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate interest in the partner offering and qualify partners for next stages
- Identifying high-potential partners (resellers, integrators, service providers) aligned with our partnership model
- Collaborating with the partner and marketing teams on creating materials, campaigns, and acquisition support tools
- Systematically building and updating the partner pipeline in the CRM
- Actively reporting progress and insights from conversations, and recommending process improvements
- Supporting the early stages of partner cooperation, including initiating onboarding and handing partners over to the appropriate account owner
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone with experience in prospecting, outreach, and acquiring partners or customers
- Strong proficiency in outbound activities, especially in the context of business partnerships or sales channels
- A communicative, results-driven individual with initiative and persistence
- Someone who can quickly build relationships and conduct conversations at the decision-maker level
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience acquiring technology partners (ISVs, integrators, resellers)
- Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) or marketplaces
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS model
- Communicative level of English for working with global partners
