P2/P3 Process Project Team Member (M/F/D)

At the Valeo plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice, we manufacture powertrain systems that support fuel consumption reduction and lower emissions—including starters, air throttles, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves, electromechanical actuators, and innovative electric drives.

Currently for our entity Valeo Electric and Electronic Systems Plant in Czechowice-Dziedzice we recruit P2/P3 Process PTM.

Key Responsibilities as a key player in process development for Hairpin stators :

• Process Selection: Evaluate new manufacturing technologies, guide "make or buy" decisions, and choose the best manufacturing processes for the project.

• Process Definition: Validate concepts by trials and collaborate with R&D to ensure the product is easy to manufacture (DFA/DFM), participation in product / process design reviews

• Process Validation: Define equipment specifications, purchase prototype equipment, oversee assembly, and fully validate the process.

• Process Standardization: Create process standards, prepare production recommendations and ensure its application in prototype and series production.

• Global Support: Support industrial sites worldwide in industrialization projects related to the technology, including on-site support and problem-solving.

What We Are Looking For:

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international team.

• Practical knowledge of P-FMEA, Process Flow Charts, and process validation, including participation in product/process design reviews.

• Background in serial production, specifically with core technologies in Hairpin Stator manufacturing or other stator winding technologies.

• Ability to design production processes that balance feasibility, cost optimization, quality, and work safety.

• Solid understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.

• Experience managing CAPEX for prototype equipment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, innovative approach to industrial processes and a genuine curiosity for eMobility technologies.

• Highly efficient, organized, and effective in daily tasks.

Optional but highly valued:

• Familiarity with design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, NX, etc.).

• Experience AI usage in manufacturing

• Previous experience managing Methods or Production teams.
