Job Description - Partner Channel Marketing Manager

As Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for the client in several EMEA market, be accountable for overall request delivery, own regular calls with the client to understand future plans and volumes. You will work closely with other internal team members to ensure that the requirements of every project are clear and achievable and ensure that processes are followed, and market rules are applied.

What you’ll get to do:

  • Work closely with the internal team and client to ensure that the requirements of every requests are clear and achievable
  • Effectively communicate request expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Participate in on-going communication and workflow between the clients and internal teams, including regular confcalls if needed, be aware (on copy) of all relevant communication
  • Proper usage of workflow tools (MASH) – creating tasks in the tool based on tracking guidance, ownership of tasks
  • Marketing campaign planning, coordination and setting-up GTM campaigns based on pre-designed Microsoft programs/materials with partners/agencies
  • Setting-up project plan/timeline with partners/agencies
  • Operational support:
    • Contracting & PO (Knowledge of compliance/privacy rules per country, Vendor setup in Microsoft tools & contracts), Execution details collection from partners for PO opening in MASH, Open PO/SOW sign-off based on Microsoft policies
    • Oversee & support execution (Tracking contract signature and PO approvals and it’s reporting, Tracking activities execution with partners, modify PO if needed)
  • Reporting:
    • Knowledge of compliance/privacy rules per country
    • Building weekly/monthly regular reports on your activities
    • POE, invoice collection, review, coordination with partners and upload to MS Invoice

What you should have:

  • Great English written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of organization effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent organization skills (to keep the work organized and well distributed among team members)
  • Direct work experience in account management (min. 1 year)
  • Detailed oriented, efficient, dependable and a collaborative team player with a positive “can do” professional attitude
  • Time management skills (ability to prioritize urgent and important tasks, and to accomplish them in time)
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in fast paced environment.
  • Capable of working individually on longer-term projects or coming together with a small team for large projects
