Job title: Payroll Accountant
About the Opportunity: We’re looking for a Payroll Accountant to support end-to-end payroll accounting processes across multiple EMEA and APAC countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams, while supporting audits and driving insightful financial analysis. Location: Warsaw – hybrid – 2 days per week on-site presence required.
Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
What you will do:
Manage end-to-end payroll accounting for 26 EMEA and APAC countries, including monthly payroll file reviews, validation of pay elements, and accurate mapping to general ledger accounts.
Prepare and post payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll-related GL accounts, and ensure accurate classification of compensation, benefits, taxes, and accruals in line with reporting timelines.
Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, resolving discrepancies, responding to auditor queries, and participating in audit calls.
Deliver financial analysis on payroll-related accounts for balance sheet and income statement reviews, explaining variances and supporting Finance and Accounting teams.
Maintain data integrity across ERP, Workday, and payroll systems, collaborate with HR Operations, Payroll, and IT, and provide backup support for Travel & Expense processes, including Concur administration.
What you need for success:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
2–3 years of experience in Accounting
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience working with ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
Customer-oriented approach with good judgment in managing exceptions and escalations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail

Total Rewards:
The gross monthly base salary range for this position is 7 800 PLN – 9 200 PLN. In addition, employees may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus of up to 8% of annual gross base salary, in accordance with the Company’s bonus policy. Compensation within the range will be determined based on objective criteria such as relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
