Tasks & responsibilities


As Payroll & Time Management Specialist you are responsible for:



  • The transactional A-Z processing, the operationalization, and the professional support in the area of Payroll & Time Management following internal and external compliance regulations.

  • Regular maintenance of payroll accounts and centralized tasks to ensure accurate payouts will be part of your daily responsibilities.

  • You will also be accountable to answer inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management by phone and e-mail using our case management system.

  • You may work on projects in a target-driven environment where service quality is measured and continuously improved.


About our future employee


You should be fluent in German (min. C1) & English (min. B2) and have between 2 and 4 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing in the German-speaking market, preferably in a Hire-to-Retire Shared Services environment, with a willingness to learn on the job.


Additionally, we are looking for:



  • Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field.

  • Good knowledge of German wage tax, social security and collective bargaining law.

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, and service orientation.

  • Proficiency using SAP HR Payroll & Success Factors.

  • Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

  • A positive approach, with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak-Up culture and actively participate in process optimization.

  • Proven ability to address complex issues in a solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pillar-model).

  • Preferably working experience in Process Transition & Transformation.

  • Preferably working experience with ServiceNow & MS Office (advanced in Excel).
