As a People Admin & Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for providing HR administrative services to our employees in Poland.
In this role you will:
Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes – such as hiring, terminations, and time management.
Create and maintain documents, records and data in compliance with procedures and standards.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure business processes align with global guidelines and labor law
Respond to employee queries related to terms and conditions of employment, company benefits, and HR processes via HR request, chat, or phone.
You're the right fit if:
You are fluent in both written and spoken Polish and English.
You have a minimum of 3 year of experience in HR, HRIS, or administration.
You have strong prioritization and organizational skills.
You demonstrate personal integrity when handling confidential information.
