Your Role
As a People and Culture Manager, you will act as a business partner for the Site Manager and other leadership colleagues, collaborating with them on all people-related activities. Together with your People and Culture team, you will lead efforts to ensure that people strategies are effectively implemented at a local level, creating a work environment where IKEA values and culture are a living reality.

You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment, enabling you to interact naturally with people at different levels in the organization and achieve remarkable results. You speak English and Polish fluently.

You will report to the Site Manager and will be responsible for leading the People and Culture team for the unit.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the IKEA Industry plant in Orla.
