Job Description - People & Culture Partner

The go-to P&C contact for Associates and managers across all markets, on everything from day-to-day questions to complex cases. Owns the full employee lifecycle on the ground and leads the P&C projects that come with running people operations across multiple countries.

What You`ll Be Doing:

Trusted advisor to managers:
First point of contact for managers navigating people situations — from routine questions to difficult ones
Coach managers on having good conversations and documenting decisions properly
Build genuine relationships with local teams across markets

Full employee lifecycle:
Own the Associate journey end-to-end: onboarding, contract changes, role transitions, leave and absence, offboarding
Handle the full cycle of moments that matter — not just entry and exit, but everything in between

Employee relations & complex projects:
Manage ER cases end-to-end: grievances, disciplinary processes, workplace investigations
Lead cross-market P&C projects — restructurings, policy rollouts, process changes that touch multiple countries at once
Coordinate with local legal counsel on complex or high-risk situations
Prepare documentation and communications that are clear, fair, and legally sound

Data & insight:
Track ER and lifecycle data to spot patterns — recurring issues, risk areas, process bottlenecks
Turn case data into practical recommendations for managers and leadership
Contribute market-level insight to team-wide reporting

Local expertise:
Work closely with HR Legal and Administration to ensure compliance with local labour law, policies, and H&S requirements across covered markets
Flag practical implications of legal or policy changes to managers and Associates
Coordinate with HR Legal on works council or employee representative matters where applicable
Support audits and inspections, with HR Legal and Administration as needed

Our Expectations:

Employee relations and compliance experience, ideally across more than one jurisdiction
At least 4 years of proven experience in a similar role
Experience in tech, fast-growing company is a plus
Fluent English is a must, any of the additional  languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese will be an asset
Track record of leading projects end-to-end, not just executing tasks
Comfortable working with case and process data to draw conclusions, not just record-keeping
Comfortable with sensitive, high-stakes conversations
Strong documentation habits: accurate, neutral, fact-based

Why ADLOOK:

The possibility of shaping your own professional development path within Adlook – part of the RTB House Group
The opportunity to work in one of the scaling ad tech companies, within an international business environment

External training budget and foreign language classes co-financing

Competitive salary and and bonus scheme
Substantive support from experienced and committed team
