People Service (HR) Manager
People Experience Operational Center
SKF is on an exciting journey to modernize, standardize, and harmonize our People Experience (HR) service delivery model to create a better employee experience. This transformation enables faster and more consistent support, efficient processes, and a smoother experience for employees globally. By adopting industry‑leading and SKF best practices, we are building a scalable PX Operating Model that supports People Experience for Business — ensuring our solutions create real value today and in the future for our business.
As part of this transformation, we are strengthening our People Experience Operational Center in Poznan, making it the backbone of PX service delivery in Region Europe & Africa. To support this, we are recruiting a People Service Manager to lead and develop the team delivering People Services to SKF sites, located in Germany.
In this role, you will help shape how we design and deliver People Experience processes. Together with your team, you will turn strategy into user‑friendly, effective processes that enhance employee experience and operational excellence. You will work closely with People Experience colleagues and business stakeholders to contribute to a modern and unified People Experience organization.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have an interest in how People Experience supports manufacturing environments and engineering‑driven operations, as many of your internal customers work close to SKF’s core business.
