We're looking for a skilled and meticulous Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize eCommerce campaigns across all of our markets. If you have a strategic mindset, hands-on experience with Google tools, and a drive for measurable results, we’d love to meet you!.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for B2B eCommerce brands in Poland and across European markets.


• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and meet sales targets.


• Set up, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns based on data-driven insights (e.g., conversion rates, CPC, CPA, ROAS).


• Create campaign reports, performance dashboards, and actionable insights for management. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.


• Identify new tools, tactics, and opportunities to boost campaign performance. Stay updated on trends in paid search advertising, e-commerce marketing, and digital analytics to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in running and optimizing Google Ads performance campaigns for e-commerce, including international campaigns


• Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with significant budgets (€10k+ monthly).


• Practical knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4 - ability to troubleshoot and optimize based on real-time data.


• Solid understanding of attribution models, conversion windows, and the customer journey in eCommerce.


• Experience preparing and presenting clear performance reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders (knowledge and skills in web analytics welcome)


• Fluency in Polish and confidence in English (C1)


• Excellent organization skills: able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without micromanagement.


• Proactive attitude: a self-starter who looks for solutions, proposes new ideas, and constantly seeks performance improvements.

• in the case of recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement, to conclude an employment contract under the provisions of the Labour Code, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR in connection with Art. 221§ 1 of the Labour Code regarding first and last name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications and previous employment, and regarding personal data categories other than the above-mentioned ones, such data will be processed on the basis of your consent, i.e. pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR,

Personal data will be processed both in paper and electronic form – in IT systems, however, the Controller will not make automated decisions (including in the form of profiling).
