Marketing Specialist / Marketing Coordinator
PL/2603/MKSP
Location: Warsaw or PoznaÅ
This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of marketing activities across residential projects and directly impact sales results. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape campaigns, messaging, and market positioning, while having the opportunity to grow together with the company’s expanding portfolio in Poland.
Job Description:
- Managing and coordinating all marketing activities related to residential projects,
- Cooperating with external marketing agencies and ensuring effective campaign execution,
- Preparing and implementing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels,
- Creating clear and compelling communication and messaging for potential buyers,
- Managing social media presence (Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms),
- Monitoring campaign performance and optimizing activities based on results,
- Analyzing competitors, pricing, and market trends in the residential sector,
- Supporting sales processes through lead generation and marketing initiatives,
- Ensuring consistency of brand image and communication across all channels
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within residential real estate or a related sector,
- Proven experience in preparing and executing marketing campaigns,
- Experience in cooperation with external agencies and managing multiple stakeholders,
- Understanding of lead generation and performance -driven marketing,
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Native Polish and fluent English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
