The Planning Analyst (f/m/d) is responsible for The Planning Analyst is responsible for material planning and ensuring supply continuity to support production. The role combines operational execution with data analysis to optimise inventory and material flow.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Electrodes & KitPak, and is part of of Manufacturing & Operations – Supply Chain & Logistics (Materials/Planning) located in in Stargard, Poland and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Plan material requirements to support production schedules

• Monitor material availability and manage shortages and risks

• Analyse demand, supply and inventory data, recommending actions to ensure continuity and optimisation

• Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Quality to secure material flow and resolve supply issues

• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and material flow

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Experience in logistics, supply chain or material planning

• Knowledge of ERP systems

• Good command of English

• Strong Excel skills for data analysis

• Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Power BI or similar analytical tools

• Kanban or material flow systems
