Platform Operations Engineer (DTC Platform)

To.Scale, on behalf of one of our key automotive clients based in Brussels, is looking for a Platform Operations Engineer to support the ongoing stability, scalability, and service delivery of their Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) digital platform.

This is a hands-on operational role, focused on keeping the platform running smoothly day-to-day — monitoring performance, troubleshooting incidents, tracking SLAs, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure reliable service delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor the DTC platform’s performance and availability
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary
• Document recurring issues and track corrective actions
• Manage service requests and changes in ServiceNow (or similar tools)
• Track and report on SLAs, KPIs, and backlog status
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Support ongoing delivery initiatives and platform scalability projects

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or platform support
• Understanding of incident and problem management processes (ITIL familiarity helps)
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills in a distributed environment
• Analytical, structured, and proactive mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Brussels (hybrid setup possible after onboarding)
• Fluent in English

Nice-to-Haves

• Basic understanding of cloud or application monitoring tools
• Prior exposure to SLA tracking and performance metrics
• Familiarity with digital or e-commerce platforms
• Interest in process improvement and automation

Start Date: ideally November 3rd, 2025

Location: Wroclaw, Poland (onsite 2 days a week)

Contract Type: Freelance

Duration: Until December 2028 (multi-year engagement)

Rate: Competitive daily rate based on experience (approx. 175€ to 275€/day range)
