Shifts: Monday to Sunday – 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotative); later 24/7 rotative shifts
Job Description:
Join a fast-growing e-commerce project as a Polish Customer Support Representative in Lisbon! You'll be the voice of the platform, helping millions of users navigate their online experience smoothly. Every day, you'll resolve inquiries from buyers, sellers, customers, and content creators, turning challenges into solutions and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:
Handle both inbound and outbound calls
Investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, sellers, customers, and creators
Review cases within agreed turnaround times and quality standards
Escalate complex issues following company procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication, and rational decision-making
Deep understanding of e-commerce
Ability to manage high call volumes during peak seasons
Empathy and excellent customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits:
Welcome Bonus: €1000
Meal Allowance: €7.23/day (net)
Transport Allowance: €20/month
Health Insurance from Day 1 (upon NIF & NISS registration) – free after 6 months
