Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions for technical issues related to products and services.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
• Provide constructive feedback to management regarding processes and customer concerns.

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• No prior experience is required; enthusiasm for learning and helping customers is key.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
