Job Description - Polish Support Specialist I RELOCATION TO GREECE

Do you want to work as a Polish-speaking Customer Support or Technical Support Specialist in Greece? Would you like to build an international career while enjoying life in the Mediterranean? Our client is looking for motivated Polish speakers to join their growing support teams in Greece.

  • Fully remote position - WORK ANYWHERE FROM GREECE!
  • RELOCATION PACKAGE - flight + accommodation 
In this role, you will support users of a well-known international service in either a customer support or technical support function. You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad.

The job is with a global technology company from California, well known for producing smartphones, computers, and operating systems.

At the moment, we have 4 open positions within new projects:
  • Phone Sales
  • Chat Sales
  • Phone Customer Support
  • Personal Set-Up

What will you do?
  • Support Polish-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
  • Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment
  • Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
  • Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
  • Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
  • Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
