Portuguese Speaking Sales Agent

As a Sales Agent you will be responsible of making outbound calls to assist players using the site for activity increase, retention and reactivation. 

Requirements:

• An energetic passion for customer service and speaking directly with customers


• A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting our sites, products and promotions.


• A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis


• Native Portuguese and Fluent English 


• An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry


• Target oriented and driven by achieving goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Making daily outbound calls and follow ups


• Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying our products


• Promoting our site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering


• Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and


• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support
