• Is a part of project pre-serial team as responsible for all logistic activities inside the project
• Planning and realization logistic concept and supply chain from supplier to customer
• Analyse customer requirements and implement them inside the plant in area of warehouse/logistic
• Introduction in the internal systems the new suppliers and customers
• Processing initial one-time purchase orders from customer and establishing long-term sales agreements from customers in SAP
• Initiating one time purchase orders to suppliers and maintaining long-term delivery schedules to suppliers
• Manage parts shipment from supplier to the plant, in order to guarantee on-time delivery for all parts, and provide update to the project team as needed
• Developing new packaging for finish goods and coordinating developing packaging for components by suppliers
• Prepare production plans for samples and line trials, control of execution the plan from production/engineering
• Track and control in-time delivery of samples, pre-serial goods to customer
• Coordinate engineering changes implementation for components/finish products on production floor
• Responsible for stock levels of components at warehouse for sample builds and line trials
• Prepare calculations of packaging and transport costs for new products

• logistic, finance or economics education
• 2 and more years in logistic area (procurement, sales disposition, production scheduling, launch management)
• english min B2
• Excel - good level
• Strong problem solving skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and principles
• Supplier negotiation experience
• Able to analyse information to determine a concrete problem, cause, and resolution
• SAP users - an advantage
